This project is conducted together with BAIF Institute. Date palms have been planted in Ahmedabad, India, while using 50 liters of water instead of 10,000 per palm during the first year
1. RDTT BAIF GRISERV agricultural research institute plants a date palm trial near Ahmenabad India
2. The date palms are transplants from tissue culture and planted on 13 September 2011
3. Date palms receive normally 10,000 liters water in the first year via the traditional flooding way
4. The Groasis Waterboxx® is assembled by the team of researchers
5. The team pays extra attention to the closure of the cover
6. The siphons that help preventing the water from evaporating are put
7. The Groasis Waterboxx® is put over the date palm sapling
8. The researchers give water to the plant with the Groasis Technology in one year 50 liters only
9. The BAIF research team is curious for the result
