Planted 6 different species for this project in Um Rummaneh Village , Zarqa Governorate (Jordan). The species were Tamarix spp, Schinus molle, Creatonia siliqua, Lagerstroemia, Cupressus spp and Eucalyptus spp
In total, 384 Waterboxx® plant cocoons were used
Due to week and infected seedlings, a survival rate of 60-70% was reached
The seedlings were received from the Department of Forest
The Waterboxx® plant cocoon makes it possible to plant in the most dry and eroded areas
In order to reach a high survival rate and a good growth, healthy seedlings with a good root system are necessary
